Heather Nance is co-founder and CEO of Nance Construction. Prior to Nance Construction, her focus was Human Resources and one-on-one patient relations/therapy in the medical field.

Heather graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte. She is a devoted mother to two active little boys and enjoys volunteering at local schools.
