Parking Lot Cement Replacement

The parking lot at Nucor Steel was crumbling to pieces. This not only created an eye-sore, but a safety hazard for employees and visitors.

Nance Construction started with removal and recycling of the existing concrete. We then got to work stabilizing the soils and adding gravel to ensure proper compaction ratings. A rebar steel cage was installed to reinforce the new concrete.

After pumping in the concrete, we applied a textured finish and sawed in control joints to make this new driveway last for years to come.
